i'm surprise that the fx has wider beam toward the left than the murano. that might mean the fx has a wider beam than even the porsche biX which is known to be pretty wide.... would be interesting to compare the both - fx vs porsche biX.

FX is known for its wide pattern.

                  E55 has nice center intensity.

Murano/Porsche is better than I thought it was, plenty wide, but I like the hotspot pattern. Not as wide as the FX hotspot, though...

IS250, does it come stock with a clear lens? and is that a side-mount projector? might be good for a lens donor, but that width is horrible.

Thanks again for another great beam pattern comparison, JVX

nice. i wonder if you add little forground limiter to fx projectors if you gona get little increase in intensity

i think you should organize all of the pictures and comparisons in your many posts and make one huge "Holy Grail" of projector output pictures. It would make a great sticky.

Must agree E55 highs look great, I am really surprised at how poor the lights from the FX is, everyone goes on about how great and wide the FX is but who cares when it is all streaky and unevenly distributed with dim parts and brighter parts, sure when you have 2 overlapping it may be better but also the ammount of light in the centre below the step is poor.

JVX, can you tell me are all of your projector comparison pictures in this thread and others taken with the same settings, so that they can be compared with each other?

                              =D> Awesome comparisons.

Seeing this thread makes me glad that I got my Murano. And your other thread with the Murano ultimately convinced me to get a STi-R lense which is in the mail right now.
