Question. I'm still a big noob to wiring, but isn't the H4 diagram labeled incorrectly?

The H4 female socket diagram it has:
                          High-Beam labeled #1
                          Low-Beam labeled #2

                          Common Ground #3

But in the DC/Continuity chart it has:
                          Low-Beam labeled #1
                          High-Beam labeled #2

                          Common Ground #3

Shouldn't it be switched around for the DC/Continuity chart?
                          #1 is High-Beam?
                          #2 is Low-Beam?

Because in the Pos. Switch setting, the High-Beam switch has +12V in the #1 Low-Beam row. Shouldn't it be the Low-Beam switch that has the +12V?

It's confusing me because I'm trying to figure out what kind of H4 setup I have. If it's right can someone tell me why? I can't make sense of it right now.
