That hotspot was perfect when you tested the projector in the house. Now it's too low. You kinda have to tweak the bulb around to get the hotspot in the sweet spot with the Mini H1s. I think it's best to have most of it reserved for high beam.

I prefare more light on dipped beams. I use my bike 95% in the city, and the high beams will be most unusable. So, i tried to lower the hot spot.

During tests I discovered, that beam pattern has to low growth. And when I set cutt of line on appropriate height, beam pattern started about5 meters in front of a motorcycle. So i have 5m dark. Headlight is mounted at height about 110cm (43inch). Maybe solution will be to change bulb focal and make a seal between bulb and lens?

            Hi,
Please can you tell me how you sealed the lens back onto the light after having removed it, from your pictures the job looks superb, I cannot see any glue lines or how you rejoined the lens cover back onto the light ? Additionally can you please tell me what kind of glue you used?
            thanks
            Gavin
