I don't even know how you can get it so precise like that, since they are so high up. Glad you don't get in trouble, jeez. I assume you unblock the lights when you're done? lol
Haha the behind-the-scenes things I do for this community 😆

This time I got a little relaxed and didn't cover them as well as I usually do. Didn't even realize that blade of light that cuts into the cutoff until I got home and looked at the pics. Below is an example how I usually do it. You can clearly see the cardboard I use blocking the light.

And yes, of course I take them down lol

      • New member here. I've been lurking for a while and have been looking for the best high beam in a bi-xenon....however I can't see any pictures. I just keep seeing this "Photobucket" crap. Anybody know how to remedy this?

Not yet sorry, been really busy with the 6 month old. I have the projector installed but haven't had time to put it on my car. I did do a short comparison video on facebook group "headlight Junkies" There are also some other members on that group that posted some pics of the EXLs with CBIs. Looks great. I'll try and get some road shots next week since I'll finally have a few days off.

It had been 8 months since I was there when I first formed this thread. I had no idea what I was gonna do to get around those lights cause they are around 25 off the ground. After thinking about it for a day, I figured it out. I cut out some cardboard and attached around 50 of string to it. I then attatched a rock to the other end of the string. I throw the rock up and over the light and then pull the cardboard up to block the light. Sometimes it takes 1 throw. Sometimes it takes 20 throws. Its my wall damnit and how dare they put up those lights lol.
                        Genious!

                        • Added a clear lens to a stock Koito projector for my GX470, also got rid of the squirrel finder above the cutoff . Not bad for a H11 HID in a halogen setup.
