    Ram's head taillight covers

I got my ram's head taillight covers in the mail yesterday. I painted and lacquered them last night. Now that it's light out I got to get a good look at them and the one side came out great, but the other side needs another coat of lacquer. I took the one back off to gave it another coat and it's drying as I'm writing this.

    Here are pics of them

This is how they were when I got them. BTW, that's not goof off in that can, it's nail polish remover, goof off will probably eat the plastic.

Here they are painted and installed. Feel free to ignore the pollen all over everything.

You can see how big of a difference they make compared to stock.

Here they are lit up last night.

Another mod to chalk up is switching front wiper arm sides. Apparently they fit better when switched? More lower profile.

Thanks. It would bug the shit out of me if they didn't match.

Maybe that came out wrong. Front wiper arms. Pass side on driver side, driver side on pass side.

No, I got what you said. I just meant that the driver's and passenger's side wipers looked the same to me, but I'll take a closer look at them some time.

That is a really great price for how much you get.

Not really a fan of the covers, but the color matches nicely!

Yeah I've never been a fan of the covers as well, since I can barely see the lights through them. But I do think they are cool otherwise!

The amount of light that gets blocked actually isn't that bad, the brake lights (top) are still bigger than the stock ones on my mom's Golf. I do think I'm going to swap the brake and turn wires so that the brake lights are on the bottom and the turns are on top though so that more of the brake lights will be visible.
