        I needed a 7440 adapter as well and ended up designing the same thing. I posted the usable file to Thingaverse, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2941466 so if you know someone with a 3dprinter they can make one or hit up a service that will print and ship to you. UPS is even doing it now it looks like. Just google 3dprinter delivery. cheers!

            I'm guessing you enlarge the existing 921 opening to match the other end of the adapter, and the taper gives you more surface area to epoxy etc. it to the lamp assembly

              Tacoma taillight to put in an LED assembly, the v6 triton. while it uses screws to twist in its designed to fit into the t20 so i thought id sketch a t20 and make it more usable for others
