  • H4 to H7 - bi halogen wiring - any solution without relay

    HI All,

i am installing now FXR 4.0 bi halogen projector to one vehicle.

My question is, if exist any wiring to get stable current from H4 socket to H7 bulp in low beam, without relay?

    Bulp in projector: H7, 55W.

    Thanks

Depends on the car.. but i would say that for low beam just take + cable from battery and - from the h4 socket (should be on when you turn the headlights on, and for the high beam , ground one cable from solenoid and another cable hook up to + high beam at h4 connector. I have constant + feed with lights on and switching negatives on my subaru so it is the opositte way but basically same connection. And if the h4 socket has permanent ground then you need relay i guess.
