Landrover LR3 Retrofit - Advice, Tips, My Idea

Looking for some guidance and answering of some questions. Im retrofitting a buddies pair of LR3 headlights. Ive only ever done a 2 headlights before, a ford fusion and a ford mustang. Nothing too extreme, some drop in DRL LED boards, some projector swaps, etc. With that being said I will explain how the car\headlights function as stock, and I will explain the parts I have chosen and how I want to wire it.

I am looking for suggestions\opinions as well as a few questions I need answered in regards to the halos.

The cars headlight has a total of 5 bulbs.
    1. H7 Low beam in large reflector bowl
    2. H7 High Beam is smaller reflector bowl
    3. 3457 Turn Signal bulb
    4. w5w parking light peanut bulb
    5. w3w second parking light peanut bulb above prior one

    How the car functions stock...

    1. All headlight dials to OFF, and car running = no lights on.
    2. Turn headlight dial to Parking Lights = 2 peanut bulbs light up.
    3. Turn on low beam = H7 low beam bulb lights up, and two peanut bulbs stay lit
    4. Turn on high beam = H7 high beam bulb lights up, low beam stays lit, and peanut bulbs stay lit

I have chosen the parts below in bold and want to wire them as such....

    1. Headlight dial off = no lights on
    2. Parking lights on = Front halo on white, rear halo on amber
    3. Low beam = Mini H1 on, Halos off(This is what i need help with. Im guessing some sort of relay needs to be wired inside to switch the halos power off when low beams are detected as powered on. Never done this. )
    4. High beam = Mini H1 + Profile Hi Lens LED both fire.

    Questions....

    1. How to add a relay or wiring to turn the halos off when the low beam is turnt on? Any products out there? Automotive specific DIY articles?
    2. Does anyone see any issues with the Panamera original shroud fitting in this bowl with the Mini H1? I bought the Mini H1 Centric ring as well.

    PARTS
Low Beam: Mini H1 HID Projector

High Beam: Profile Hi Lens LED Projector
    +Mini H1 HID

    Turn Signal: 3157 LED Bulb
    +Front Halo(switch back)

    DRL: Front halo (white)
    +Rear halo(amber)

Aesthetics: RBGW Demon eyes in Mini H1 Projector. Switchback halo on front of Panamera shroud\Mini H1. It will be double functioning as "parking lights" and turn signal. Rear amber only signal behind shroud also functioning as "parking lights".

Photos. These are all just for size references only, they are left over parts. Not the same exact parts I am using for this retrofit, I still need to order those.

XSB amber is pathetically dim. Diodes is very bright, but with how thin the halo is, I just don't think it's significant enough.

So im putting a amber LED in the stock reflector bowl location as well to help with that. I thought the Diodes as well as the XSBs flashed amber at 200%?

Appears my halo off answer is the XChange Switchback Driver or SPDT relay.
