  • 3 halo switchbacks per side wiring help please

I have a pair of headlights with two sets of switchback halos. I also have a pair of morimoto fog lights with 1 switchback halo in each. I would like to hook up all the switchbacks to my turn signal by tapping into my stock harness(if this will work). I also have a 2 lead resistors. I have acquired a "tapable" harness that will go from my stock headlight connector to the hid kit I have. My question is would it the best if I soldered 3 into one into the tap harness I have or is there another way to achieve the results. I spent the better part of the morning un pinningand refining my stock connectors due to t-taps destroying my factory harness.

    Welcome to HID Planet!

You don't need resistors when ADDING turn signals. So if your stock turn signals are in place, tapping in the halos won't require resistors. All you need to do is tap the turn signal leads into the stock turn signal wiring, that simple. But yes, avoid using T taps. Cut and solder.

Thanks. I continued on and soldered the wires. So far so good.
