  • HID Retrofit Projector Cutoff Issue

    Hi guys,

I had a company over here in the UK sort out a headlight retrofit for me, I had bi-xenon H1 HID projectors put in the high beams and seems to be working as expected. However, I have an issue with my right hand side projector, it seems to be bowing on the inside - I understand some projectors bow on the outside edges but this is not the case by the looks of it. - Please see attached images.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to HID Planet! That's definitely off. Maybe the bulb is seated wrong, Try reseating it.

It also appears that both of your projectors are tilted to the left about 10-15

When leveled correctly, high side of the right projector will line up properly with the left projector, assuming this is an RHD setup.

What is going on with your rotation? Is the lower (right side of the step) horizontal?

MMM...Have you tried testing in a different location? Seems like your right headlight got spooked
