I hit a deer. Has anyone thought about having a backup set of lights just in case of an accident?

I didn't, and hit a deer last weekend, currently driving around with one passenger side working light, and the drivers side light has a large chunk out of the glass dome lens of the projector. Damage to the actual car wasn't terrible, but the left headlight, its lens and the left turn were smashed to bits.

So who has actually planned for this day? and have already built themselves a set of backup lights?

Nah. But I have a couple of spare sets at home, which I retrofit and sell when I make some time for it.

After i get through this, I'm going to go the spare set of plug and play lights route, just in case for next time.
