Get a SPST (usual bosch/tyco style 4-terminal) relay or two and wire the terminals this way:
86 = Positive from a parking light
85 = chassis ground
30 = high beam positive (can be tapped from either OEM wiring or the splitters)
87 = bixenon solenoid positive
The solenoids will only be powered when your headlight switch is either on parking lights or headlights position AND the stalk is on highbeams/flash
