I don't know about lumens, as most lumen ratings are trash anyway. They take the theoretical maximum of each chip and add them together, which is a totally fake rating.
Brightness wise, the white on the XSBs is VERY bright. Plenty bright for DRL usage. Much brighter than other halos. The amber is pretty dim, only for looks and not a replacement for a regular turn signals.
