Anyone figure out how or if its possible to wire these as switchbacks so you can activate an orange color with a turn signal? If so I'm down.

(Also, with the strobe flashing settings I wonder if anyone's had any luck pulling people over, hahaha. Might come in handy to slide through rush hour traffic, hahaha)

it's been awhile since anyone's posted on this thread.

I recently bought a set of XC Demoneyes and XC Halos. They were working great a few days ago and now they won't even turn on at all. I checked the remote and I can see the IR light flashing even after replacing the battery. For some odd reason TRS sent me a 2032 battery when the back of the remote says 2025. The IR light blinked anyway. I checked my wiring and there are no problems there. Not exactly sure how to check the halos and demoneyes since i don't know what pins to use. I think the controller is dead.

I am going to say no to all the above with the stock controller. Most apps I have seen run through bluetooth of Wifi and I see no way to easily interface those to the controller. However, it appears that it is a 3 channel LED driver so therefore you could run a different control box that was setup to do phone interfacing and just wire it to the corresponding wires for red, green, and blue. I would be almost certain this would void the warranty however.

I was able to use an ESP32 to connect to the XBT controller so i can change colors at any time, strobe to music, rev them to engine speed, blinking, use em for floor lights with door signal etc. best part is color retention when you repower the XBT controller, and phone is not required.
