Honestly the MD2S is the easiest projector to add an FGL too.
And when you do, it is better not to place the sheet metal (that serves as the FG limiter) between the lens holder frame and the bowl flange, otherwise it can alter the spacing enough to affect the cutoff sharpness/colorband.
Here's how I mount the FG limiter in an EvoX-R (from my FG limiter thread); see the bolt at the top of the picture:

Well you really can't install the FGL between the lens holder and the bowl since they are riveted together on the MD2S 3.0.
