So was that the 'they legit' nod? Hows the warmup time? How do they ramp?

Never really understood the appeal of fast startup. In my case when I unlock my doors my headlights are on. So they are warm when I get in my vehicle. Even if they didn't do that, they'd be warm by the time I backed out of the drive way. It isn't like cheap af ballasts that take 30s to warm up.
I have a set on order. Hopefully should have them mid next week. Glad they use the same ignitors so I don't have to feed them through the dust caps again. I'll only need to feed a switch through the firewall, which is easy enough.

I just don't want them to be a downgrade in startup from my fastbright and since it's a winter car fast startup is more important since a fast start in normal temps means I don't end up with misfires and extremely slow starts when temps are -30F as the bulbs begin to wear some.

I live in the far north (like where it is Winter 5-6 months a year) and used the XB55s all winter long last season. Never once did it misfire and I am in and out of my vehicle 10-15x a day. They aren't any noticeably slower at low temperatures.

My old Morimoto bricks were very slow in the cold weather, like 10 seconds to get usable light and then 30 seconds to full brightness. So I'm super wary of slow ballasts these days. I really like the near instant on of the Fastbright and Denso.
