VisionX 5×7″ Square sealed beam conversion, reflector housing that claims it's HID friendly. Is that true?

The lights in question. I've emailed Headlight Revolution and they claim there will be no issues using HID with this housing, but that goes against everything I've known for the last decade, and the person trying to get you to buy something is never the most reliable person.

I don't see anything on that page stating that it is HID friendly. Can it use an H4 bulb? yep. But it will be like everything you've known for the last decade. But those are very clearly halogen lights. I'm surprised they are so expensive.

Again, nothing on that page about the housings being "HID friendly". Just a typical kit for typical results. I'd skip all of that entirely and go straight with a full LED housing.
