hella 3R projector which it?

First of all I'm french so excuse me for my english,

I intend to replace my original Valéo D1s bi xenon projectors with hella 3R G5 only there are several hella 3R in your opinion that they are the most efficient?

I am moving on hella 3R G5 F1 with blue lens is this a good choice?
