Thumbs up 2014 Facelift GMC Sierra / Chevrolet Silverado with Projectors

With today's big reveal of the 2014 Silverado and Sierra redesigns, We've learned they both finally come with projectors (No word yet if they're Bi-Halogen or Bi-Xenon projectors yet).

GM says the Silverado and Sierra feature the segment’s only projector-beam units (Though those in the know, know that the F-150 will have them as well.)

Another cool feature will see LED lighting incorporated into the sides of the beds for better visibility (Standard option on Sierra and optional on higher trim Silverados).

Too much chrome on the front end of the silverado. Sort of gives it the "eyebrow" look . Good to see they're catching up though

Projectors look to be halogen on the Silverado, maybe Xenon on the Sierra.

I was thinking the same. If that bottom light on the Silverado is a DRL I would think it's a bi-halogen projector.

Hopefully an HID option will be available on the Denali and LTZ trim levels.

The interior on those new trucks sure are ugly. I hope the SUV's get something better than that!

I like the Silverado but the chrome definitely needs color matched. And idk how they're saying the only projectors in the segment. Because they are the LAST to do it lol. F150 AND Ram have them next year.

I want to see one like this! I'd rock the hell out of a NNBS CC. Looked for one in my price range but they're more than I want to spend.

Wow the Silverado looks the same.. just a minior "refresh" from all I can tell. And that front end is horrible. A flat wall...

1997 Ram came out with the new "two step semi truck" look. This is a step up from the flat nose face of say, F150's (my Bronco for example).

Then Ford came out with the rounded front end. (97-2003)

Ram came out with a beefy rounded front end (02-2008)

Then Ford went to a semi flat/round front end (2004-2009)

Ram came out with a more flat front end (2009-Current)

Ford went to a more flat front end (2009-Current)

...think of how chevy has followed the same pattern (I'm not a chevy guy, so I can't post years from front end changes)

Looks like chevy is pushing it back to the total flat front end..

..anywho, that GMC does look a hell of a lot better then that shetty
