A neat tool you may like

I find this tool to be quite handy. I have a cargo basket and roof rack on my trucks and I use the crap out of these little guys. Makes securing a load much easier. In most cases I find this better than regular straps. Highly recommended and maybe they will help someone else out in life avoid knots!

They sell for about $2.99-4.99 with rope included. I buy mine at harbor freight and I have about 5 or 6 and that seems to be enough for me.

Here's mine in action. After a rocky dirt road the fire wood and cargo box still snug after 134 miles!

I do too. I got 20' to 10' straps. And also those pull/auto tight straps.

These are just easier to work with on smaller loads where a ratchet strap is overkill/too much.

Those are my old plates. Apparently registration stickers are to be replaced yearly. Emissions every two years. After driving expired for a year I got pulled and had to get new plates. Skipped emmissions so I actually went three years without getting the sniffer! Win for a loss I guess..
