2003 Maxima Halo Projectors H.I.D.

I have upgraded or downgraded my 2K3 Maxima with halo Projectors (None HID).
I do not plan to retrofit.
I was thinking H.ID. 6000K or 7000K.
Will adding an HID kit help visibility at night?
What if I choose 7000K over 6000K?

Not as much as you may expect.

Cheap projectors = Crappy light output, bad spread, unevenness.

6k and up = not that many lumens.

4k is OEM.
aftermarket HID Kit = Crap. (will not last long, high failure rate, waste of money).

the projectors in the ebay housing are H3 projectors, they realy are awful, they have a horible beam pattern filled with hotspots and unlit areas. adding a HID kit just makes the hot spots brighter.
do yourself a favor, and do it right from the start...ie a retrofit . Start w/ some reading on this site, and find out what projector you want to use. lookup my writeup on cardomain (username roymac) for a idea of whats involved.

Nothing over 6000k and go OEM....you will not be happy with eBay projectors.

I live in N.Y.
Do you have a set of projectors retrofitted that you want to sell?
If you don't, the you should start because you can make good money.
I know many people who don't or can't go through retrofitting these things.
